Relational Field Theory

Most people internalize patterns as proof of who they are: “I always do this,” “I ruin everything,” “I can’t communicate.” RFT flips this by showing that patterns emerge from the relational field, not from personal identity. Change the field, and the pattern changes.
This perspective removes the moral weight from repetition. Instead of seeing yourself as flawed, you begin to see the structure generating the loop. That clarity alone can break cycles that felt immovable.
When patterns stop being personal, they become solvable. You can shift the field, renegotiate boundaries, or change your position — and the pattern dissolves.
