Relational Field Theory

People often try to fix problems at the level of behavior or communication, but RFT shows that these are downstream effects. The real leverage point is the field generating the behavior. Shift the field, and the system reorganizes automatically.
This is why small structural changes — a boundary, a reframing, a redistribution of pressure — can create massive relational shifts. You’re not forcing change; you’re altering the conditions that make certain behaviors inevitable.
When the field changes, the story changes. And when the story changes, the possibilities expand.
