Repairing Loveland – 7. Build Narrative Power, Not Just Policy Demands

A split image showing a dead plant in cracked earth beside a lush green field.

Why This Matters

People move when they understand the story they are living inside. Policy without narrative feels technical. Narrative without policy feels empty. You need both.

What This Looks Like in Practice

  • Publish stories that show the structural pattern, not isolated incidents.
  • Use shared language: “functional vs symbolic rights,” “participation vs performance.”
  • Frame issues as systemic, not personal failures.

What This Changes

People stop internalizing blame and start recognizing their collective power.
