  10. Taking on their conflicts as your own.
  11. Feeling like you must match their emotional state.
  12. Feeling punished for autonomy.
  13. Feeling like your identity is “held” by them.
  14. Difficulty making decisions without their input.
  15. Feeling like you disappear when they withdraw.
