Glass Ceiling Records is honored to welcome Neaki Moss into our creative ecosystem.

Today we completed a symbolic signing — not a transfer of ownership, not a contract of control, but a shared commitment to autonomy, clarity, and non‑extractive collaboration. At GCR, artists retain 100% of their rights and 100% of their earnings, always.

Neaki joins us as a wide‑field creator whose work spans music, writing, academic inquiry, and multidimensional storytelling. Our role is simple: to guide, support, and help her build a thriving ecosystem around her art — never to direct it, never to claim it.

Together, we uploaded her first release through DistroKid, marking the beginning of her catalog and the next chapter of her creative journey.

This is what a label looks like when it refuses the old industry physics.
This is what it looks like when artists lead, and the structure exists to support them.
