  1. Feeling like your version of events keeps getting overwritten.
  2. Doubting your memory after conversations with them.
  3. Feeling pressured to accept their interpretation.
  4. Being told your emotions are misreadings.
  5. Feeling like the “story” keeps shifting.
  6. They speak for you instead of letting you speak.
  7. They correct your feelings instead of hearing them.
  8. You feel erased or misrepresented.
  9. They insist their version is the only rational one.
  10. You feel like you’re defending reality itself.
  11. They retell events to others in distorted ways.
  12. You feel trapped in their framing.
  13. They treat disagreement as confusion on your part.
  14. You feel like you’re losing your voice.
  15. Conversations feel like battles over the narrative.
