Relational Field Theory

Most conflict looks like a clash between two people, but RFT teaches that the real action is happening in the field between them. The fight is just the visible turbulence created by deeper pressures, misalignments, and unspoken forces shaping the moment. When you shift your attention from the argument to the architecture, everything becomes readable.
Seeing the field dissolves the illusion of personal attack. You stop interpreting reactions as character flaws and start recognizing them as motion inside a system. This shift restores clarity and reduces the emotional charge that keeps conflict looping.
When you see the field, you gain leverage. You can intervene at the structural level instead of wrestling with symptoms. And once the field shifts, the fight loses its fuel.
