Relational Field Theory

RFT reframes behavior as motion responding to pressure, not as a personal defect. When someone withdraws, escalates, freezes, or spirals, the motion tells you more about the field than about their identity. This dissolves shame and opens space for understanding.
When you stop personalizing motion, you can finally see the forces shaping it. Is the field collapsing? Is pressure accumulating? Is misattribution distorting perception? These questions reveal the mechanics behind the moment.
This shift is liberating. You stop blaming yourself for reactions that were never about “you” in the first place. You start reading motion as information — and information is power.
