Relational Field Theory

Traditional thinking focuses on diagnosing individuals: their flaws, their patterns, their “issues.” RFT shifts the diagnostic lens to the field shaping the behavior. This removes blame and opens the door to systemic repair.
When you diagnose the field, you see the person more clearly. You understand their motion as a response to forces, not as a personal defect.
Compassion grows when the field becomes visible.
